« We can focus on our job. We support the practitioner and take care of the patient »
As trusted partners to dental surgeons, dental assistants bring real added value in providing care. Why? Because they can concentrate on their core job: four-handed work and full responsibility for the treatment room.
ENJOY IDEAL CONDITIONS
Our dental assistants are passionate about their work and enjoy an environment that’s conducive to performing their job well :
– Real four-handed work alongside the dental surgeon
– Full responsibility for running their treatment room
– Recognition of their work
– A modern treatment room equipped with the latest material
– No administrative tasks
MEET TEAMMATES WHO ARE MUCH MORE THAN COLLEAGUES
The teams in our dental centres are like big families.
Everyone supports each other, helping everybody out on a daily basis. That’s the key to our success. And to yours too.
Throughout the year, we organise events that bring the teams together to share in the fun. The big evening event in July is the highlight of the year !
WITH US, YOU’LL NEVER BE ALONE
We support our dental assistants throughout their careers through in-house or external training courses.
Whether they’re on a professional training contract, already qualified or working as points of contact in the company, we give them opportunities to develop their skills.
ENJOY SET WORKING HOURS
Our dental assistants are employees in our centres. They work four days a week, from 8.45am to 7.30pm with a lunch break. Set working hours and no work on Saturdays! This means their pace of work is calm and they can enjoy a good work-life balance.
In our centres, dental assistants can develop within the company and take on extra responsibilities. For example, they can become point-of-contact dental assistants and coordinate the centre’s clinical operations or take on more administrative roles (centre coordinator, centre director and so on).
